one of the :dnd: parties for which I DM is now high enough level that almost anything above a critical fail will hit. I realize the approaches to "fixing" this are:
1. start breaking their weapons
2. Give the enemies armor that sets their AC > 20

But it also kind of explains why FATE uses "fudge" dice that only have "+", "-" and " " (blank). After a while those are the only results that matter.
